We look forward to seeing you at our first Dance for PD® Introductory Training Workshop session this Saturday.

Here are some details to help you prepare for your workshop experience.

1. The Zoom workshop runs from 9:00-11:00 AM AEST (Brisbane time) this Saturday, 23 May. Zoom details are below:

3. As you may have heard from the media, the platform we use for the Blended Learning workshop - Canvas - experienced a major security issue in early May, and access to the platform has not reopened. At this time, we are not able to invite you to commence the On Demand coursework as expected. If Canvas remains inaccessible next week, we will initiate an alternate plan so that you can move forward with your learning process.

4. If you haven't completed your online course yet, we ask that you try to do so before the workshop. 

If you have registered in the past week or have already notified us of your situation, don't worry--we understand that you may need additional time to complete the online course.

5. If you are in the Dance Teacher training program, you will have the option to create a short original movement phrase or exercise to present the last session on 13 June. During the workshop, we will give you all of the information you need to plan your exercises, but we always like to let you know ahead of time. Many participants feel this is the most valuable part of the workshop. It is designed to be instructive and constructive--it is not an audition. Professional Enrichment participants will participate in the practicum session as dancers, engaged observers and commentators but will not be required to lead activities.
